Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply to all tours and activities booked with Desert Safaris Booking, a licensed Abu Dhabi tour operator.

Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp (+971 50 414 6025). No deposit or online payment is required — you pay the confirmed price on arrival, by cash (AED) or card. The price confirmed in your WhatsApp chat is final; there are no hidden fees.

Cancellation & changes

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Pickup & timing

Pickup windows are confirmed on WhatsApp. Please be ready at the agreed point on time; if you are delayed, message us immediately — shared vehicles may not be able to wait more than 10–15 minutes. Self-drive guests receive GPS coordinates and should arrive at the meeting point by the agreed time.

Safety & participation

Dune bashing is performed by licensed, experienced drivers in insured 4×4 vehicles. Seat belts must be worn during drives. Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart, back or neck conditions — the camp experience remains fully available. Children aged 3+ may join dune bashing; quad bikes and buggies are for ages 12+. Guests ride quads, buggies and camels at their own risk and must follow marshal instructions. We may refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or endangers others, without refund.

Weather

If we cancel a tour due to extreme weather or safety conditions, you choose a free reschedule or a full refund of any amount paid.

Belongings, photos & conduct

Please keep valuables with you; we are not liable for items lost at the camp or in vehicles. We may take photos at the camp for our gallery — tell your guide if you prefer not to appear. Alcohol is not served or permitted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Our activities are provided with reasonable skill and care by licensed operators; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
