Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation — up to 24 hours before

Cancel any tour free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Just message us on WhatsApp +971 50 414 6025.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations inside 24 hours, or failure to appear at the pickup point, may be charged where a private vehicle or add-on was reserved for you. For standard shared tours with nothing paid in advance, no charge applies — but repeated no-shows may not be rebooked.

Rescheduling

Free, any time, subject to availability. Weekends fill fastest, so tell us as early as you can.

Weather cancellations by us

If we cancel for extreme weather or safety, you choose: a free reschedule to any available date, or a full refund of any amount already paid.

Refunds

Where a refund is due (for example, a prepaid group booking), it is returned by the same method within 7 working days.
