When you book or enquire we receive only what you send us: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), preferred date, group size, pickup location and, for self-drive guests, a vehicle plate number. Our website booking form opens WhatsApp on your device — the details are sent to us through WhatsApp, not stored in a website database.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm and operate your booking: arranging pickup, contacting your driver, and answering your questions. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

Chats happen on WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Embedded Google Maps on our pages are served by Google. Payment happens in person on arrival — we never collect card details online.
